Return Window

We offer a **7-day return window** from the date of delivery.

Product must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging must be intact

All accessories and documentation must be included

Proof of purchase required

Products damaged due to misuse

Products with broken seals

Products purchased on sale (unless defective)

Email support@soulsound.in with your order number

Our team will review your request within 24 hours

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup

Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the product

Refunds are credited to the original payment method:

UPI/Cards: 5-7 business days

Bank transfer: 7-10 business days
